Since there are two fittings would I have to route a return line or anything??

no, you dont need a return. just let to flow out of the side of the turbo and drain out to the asphalt..

just block off the coolant lines on the turbo. seriously, it's not that hard. i ran an oil cooled t25g on my last car for almost a year and it was fine.

for what it worth, I ran without water lines for 2 years in my integra.

How would I go about blocking off these coolant lines?? Any special trick??

No, you dont block them off. You leave them open to the air. The coolant system is completely sealed.

There are 2 open holes, no oil will leak out, dirty/grime will get into there and effect anything??

Its sealed, so what does it matter? Maybe the dirt / grime will help dissipate heat. Just leave them open if you dont want to run water through it.
