Help with Circuit Sports SS Turbo line install, i'm clueless ????
Yeah, don't strip the block side. That's a major pain in the ass to fix. FSM says 12-15 ft-lbs on that bolt. I'd go find some 12mm (inside diameter) copper washers and try again. 1/2" will work, too.
You're not out of the woods yet on the coolant lines. They don't pressurize until you've reached operating temp. That'll be around 13-19psi. The oil line was prob seeing 60psi at idle, though.

i have 2 new nissan copper eye gaskets for that banjo bolt sitting at the dealership, those assholes closed early yesterday and i couldnt get them at 3:00pm when i drove 30 minutes there to pick them up FUCK
tried to use the remaining copper eye bolt gasket i have off the turbo cartridge side hard line, i used it on the SS line banjo fitting on the block side and it still leaked, although it was a lot less.
I don't think it's stripped out, i guess i just need to use a brand new fresh washer and i'm gonna try that later today

Ok so i believe i have it fixed and all set.
After trying numerous copper crush washers and none of them working, i tried the aluminum washers included with the kit and tightened down the banjo bolt maybe a 1/4 turn more then i was before ... so far no leaks! drove around for an hour and did a couple pulls and checked everything
i think it should be ok
