yea its ran by ben schaffer (sp) from bespoke ventures (his car is the spoon s2k thats in FnF4 lol) out of cali, the site is in beta and has been up for about a week.

that guy knows what the hell he is doing overall, he builds some nice ass cars from VIP to mad tyte jdm dori dori
