Egr Pipe

Default Egr Pipe

Hey i was working on my buddy's car installing a OBX header
when we tryed taking off the EGR it broke

so basicly im asking for a EGR pipe [the one from the intake to header]

if some one has one laying around ill throw some cash we need it asap

it's for a 1991 KA24de 240sx

just word of wise you dont need the egr. whn we put my engine in we just welded it shut...lol.. the only thing that will happen is somedays itll ide at 700 others at 1k. thats it. but hope it works out!

you cant clamp the pipe you speak fo and jb weld it, use an egr block off plate, make an egr block off plate, jb weld the hole for the egr on the back of the head, there arte alot of proper and bullshit ways to do it on the motor side. and for the header just take out the bolt that the egr tube is suppoed to go into, put a nickle in the hole on the header and tighten the bolt down.

that idle isn't because of the egr valve...

to the OP, just remove the egr system all together.. you don't need it to run. with those aftermarket headers, there won't be enough back pressure for the egr to function anyway. That is why Nissan designed the headers that way. more back pressure, meant more air going to the egr valve...
