Idling: I have set to 850-900 RPMs but some reason after i drive the car and i come to a stop back to idle, it'll go to about 500-550 or it might go to 1,100-1,200 and not drop to where its supposed 2 be set. whats goin on here??

Clutch: Recently happened, seems like its happening when its really hot outside. ive got a stage 2 ACT clutch and sometimes the pedal will stay close to the floor after letting it out. Almost seems like pedal is getting sticky.

this is on a S13 SR

 

the clutch problem sounds like the clutch master and slave, as for the idle....check vacuum lines and flush the iacv

 

both of those are cheap to fix

 

Bleed the clutch. It might just be air in the line. Is the clutch new?

idle... iacv probably got crap in it...

The clutch is NOT new. should I still bleed it? and how do I go about doing that?

IACV, is that under the intake manifold? and how do I go about flushing that out?

I'd like some info about this too, I have idle problems as well.

 

on the sr itll be a balck plastic screw, take it out and empty a can of carb cleaner into the hole.on the ka u can unbolt the iacv and clean it by hand
