Default VVL head on SR20DET RWD

Hi am new to the forum was wondering if anyone knows or has heard of the VVL head on the RWD SR20 being done i heard it's being done alot in Puerto Rico.

try google.

the VVL has rocker arms the DET has hydraulic lifters.

i think theres an issue with oil ports not matching up and possibly distributer locations.

You have to plumb in the oil port to the head. You have to either get a specific late model VE CAS or but a hole in your firewall to make it clear the regular CAS/dist.
