no real need for a harness...and no real splicing either...
aside from jumpering the park/nuetral switch so the car will start...what you need to after that is wire your reverse lights
all you need is to take a meter to the auto harness.
plug it into the middle grey plug and find which one is the constant (green/blue on the fusebox side) and which one is the reverse (white/green on the box side) by testing em on a voltage meter and cut everything else off the plug.
plug it back into the middle grey plug off the fuse box, and run the two wires down to the furthest front plug (labeled reverse light sensor or something along those lines)...stick the car in reverse and have some look at the reverse lights, then plug it up to the tranny plug until they come on.

ok so i got down about the park/nuetral switch...
so i cut al the wires off the plug except the grn/blue and white/green or do i cut those 2 wires as well and then just run 2 wires down to the sensor?

also, i have the how-to from NicoClub printed out, and i was reading it and looking at the plugs last night at work...and i do not see the roght color wires that the how-to said...the white/green and green/blue..i do not see those anywhere coming out of either of the 4 plugs..well 3 plugs because the one i know is for the park/neutral....
Also if it makes a difference, the trans is from a single cam, along with the sensors..do i need sensors from a dual cam? and my harness is dual cam..would that make a difference
