Trouble?
My oil light is on, but I really cant spell a sound, but ill try when you first go to crank a car right before it turns on thats how it sounds through out the whole time!
To the OP
What kind of experience do you have? It doesn't sound like much. It is hard to help when you don't know what you are talking about at all. Your best bet would be to get someone there to help that knows what they are doing. And while they are doing their thing, learn from them and ask questions in person.

no offense, but my grandmother installed a radiator on the side of an interstate....
did I mention she only weights 95 ish pounds, and is in her 70s...
I didn't say you were a dumbass, I just said you have no idea what you are talking about, which is making it hard for other people to figure out what you are saying, understand it, then give you a decent response.
There are several different reasons why the motor won't start
Have you run down the fundamentals? A motor needs air, fuel, compression, and spark/timing to run. Maybe not run well, but it will still run with those. Air is an easy one. Fuel, make sure the pump is turning on, make sure fuel is coming out of the injectors, make sure it is at the proper pressure. Compression, a simple compression test. spark, make sure there is actually spark coming out of the plugs, and make sure it is at the right time.
Once you get all of that, then we have something to work with...

hold on, let me try and play sherlock holmes here.... you replaced a radiator cause it was over heating right? how long or how bad did it ever over heat? if your dipstick is trying to blow out when you are cranking, sounds like you arent builind compression cause the rings are fried, which would cause both your dipstick thing and no start.
But then again, we dont have much to go off here.
Does it sound like its turning over faster than normal?
