Yeah, I hate his threads too. Google and wikipedia has most of answers, but I guess he doesn't mind waiting 1/2 a day or days for answers.
His researching skill sucks

Pour it into just about anything that your car takes in, but do not leave it in there for long, it will eat away the seals and orings easily. Follow their recommended instruction. Product's been on the market for decades. Hence why it's so popular

i like mystery oil too. I dump a bottle in the crank case just before an oil change... Usually, the morning of, drive around all day. then drain it out. its kinda gross when you see what all comes out of a nasty engine...
Sea foam works better through a vacuum line...
I really like that lucas fuel injector cleaner. it says to put like 3 onces or something, but I use closer to 9-10 in a tank of gas, its the only cleaner that I've used that seems to make a difference as far as injectors go...
I don't recommend doing it at every oil, but a good motor flush goes a long way to clean gunk. The best one i've used is the CRC high mileage motor flush. It comes in a metal can. otherwise that one that advance sells isn't too bad either.

the down side to putting it through a vacuum line is that seafoam is hard on the spark plugs. doing a little "maintainer shot" doesn't do too much, but If you get as much in as possible, like half a bottle, then you run the risk of killing your plugs.... I don't know if it is directly caused by the seafoam, or if it is from all of the crap that it breaks loose...
