They can do just about anything with cars. Call them up. If you need a special part, they have good connections with suppliers. They can weld, fabricate just about anything. They have the skill, knowledge, and equipment to whatever you may have in mind.

Central Auto on Ulmerton road:
I sometimes hangout there because they are good, cool, very knowledgable guys.

Are they still in business? I've tried calling and got a message saying service has been temporarily interupted. I'm assuming FUNK owns/runs Central Automotive/JDM Market...?? I tried PM'ing him through TR with NO response.

Jayskills or Importluv, do you have anybody else you would recommend?

They are open mon-fri, and sometimes on the weekends too.
Whenever i call them, i just get a ring. no voicemail.
But when i go there, i always find lots of people fixing cars.

Don't call, just go there.
I only recommend xat, and central for services.
I know a few people on here can do it, including myself, but i got school and work to deal with.

Weekends are the only thing that works for me. I'm in Zephyrhills (about an hour from Central). I called to get there hours.

I'm doing the work myself, so I don't care about their services, just their products, price and customer service. I know XAT is good, but they don't sell motorsets...well, at least to my knowledge.

Funk, finally PM'd me back, so wish me luck as I join the SR world! I'm hoping to have it in within the next couple of months.

people on here sell motorsets all the time.
Just pick one up, and just drop it in. plug and play.
Be glad that you're getting a motor from JDMMotors because it's top notched motors and parts.
Taka is the shit, i hope he comes back soon.

Yeah, I know. I looked, I just don't want something that's been raced. I want a nice tight motor. I looked at a couple of cars as a donor situation, but too rough for me...

What's Rasta have? Running? How much? Etc...??

some peole don't race their SR's. But who would know what that motor went through back in japan?
JDMMarket would know since they part the car out themselves in japan. But still, no one knows unless there is only 1 owner when it left the factory a decade ago.

I think I'm going with JDM Market as long as they give me a good deal.

I went ahead and ordered the DVD. I figured I'd try it out...It's only $20. It couldn't hurt - me being a swap noob and all... If anybody wants to check it out, let me know! I just ordered it, so it should be here by early next week.

Damn FUNK is hard to get ahold of. I've tried IM'ing him, calling him by two different numbers I saw listed for him, left messages. Does he want to do business or what??? He returned 1 IM. Any suggestions?

Does anybody know of a good CLEAN, TIGHT S14 SR motor set for sale?
