Damn dude that sucks! Get the insurance company for every penny, don't settle for a penny less than you want and when they start saying well I dunno well have to call you back etc. say "excuse me what's your name? and can I please have all the informtion so I can contact my lawyer" that always gets them moving REAL fast lol.
