Default s14 white smoke

Seems to only blow out white smoke when sitting at a traffic light for a few minutes when you step on the gas. Did a compression check and its showing 180 across the board. From this information is it safe to narrow down to a bad head gasket? Anyone seen a write up how to change hg's on ka24de??

your valve seals are going. when you change them, youre going to have to change the head gasket anyways.

most people dont notice the blue in oil burn-off because its so close to white. but from what he/she described, the characteristics are valve seals

My thoughts were valve seals also but I thought white smoke was an indication of the oil and antifreeze mixing? Theres a sweet smell sometimes when I turn the car off. Also engine has some oil drips in the garage overnight. Where could that be coming from??
