Default rear bumper melting

ok since i gotten the car up and running i have no problems at all..butt after ahile my rear bumper is coated with black sute, and melteing,
also it back fires on idle butt i think thats b/c i have shitty plugs in it and havent changed them since i got it running, also i replaced cap rotor and wires ext and have no vacume leaks, runs fine all day with no problems

i like to fix this issue and have a clean rear end.
its a single cam if ur all r wondering AND i have no ecu codes at all..

can it be my o2sensor?
any ideas

also on a side note i would like to convert to power windows, ill be getting the doors and wireing to it. is it a simple plug and play or am i gona have to run wires?
buddy of mine is partying out his 240 and i got first dibe..

well the black sute probably means its runnin' rich. but is the bumper actually melting, like running down and stuff?

its melted a good portion and pretty much stoped
im ether gona cut it out some more to make it look nice or extend the ehaust 2in out abit

i just need to kno y its running rich i mean i have no engine codes and i found a page how to diagnose the ecu butt only for engine codes and not o2 sensor diagnostic

change the injector o-rings, they may be leaky. either that or you feul pressure regulator may be bad/going bad.

when i had the car running , shut it down i hear a hissing sound and sure enough it was an injector oring leak so i reapled that too
