Fucked around with a few things to nail down the ground issue. Ended up removing, cleaning and sanding every chassis and engine ground. Reconnected all of them and then cleaned all the positive terminals. Z32 fuel filter installed.

blinded the neighbors across the street w/the roof lights bc they're freaking retarded and always have at least one vehicle parked all gay blocking part of the street.....today they were sitting in that vehicle, i couldnt pull into my driveway bc of it, i had to go to the end of the street and turn around and come in the other way, so yeah, they got blinded on the way back.
