Went to pickup my cars today from Driven Concepts, and they werent there. Turns out TPD impounded them because the dash vin# did not match the chassis (the dashes had been changed out).

 

aint no making that shit look pretty again dats fo sho (except with alot of bondo). they usually cut/weld for jobs like that at shops. might as well get overfenders, but you'll have to knock out the part by the door jam so thats its nominally straight. Thats not a cheap repair if they are going to go through insurance, go get 3 diff estimates from body shops. give your neighbor the highest one. Their insurance will come out, look at your car, show them the estimate. they will pretty much match the estimate. then you get a check a week a later and decide what you wanna do. i would hate to live on your street from what ive seen while walking to that hess near you lol.

Take the interior panel off and knock out as much as possible, then try a dent suction cup. It wont be perfect, but it wont looked smashed in either. After that it would need to go to the body shop for the rest.

 

That is actually a great idea. Hahaha at interior panels. I don't have any. Don't know if I want to do over fenders yet. I might just get it fixed since there wasn't any paint taken off.

 

Is that the same as art on this site? I have no contact info for RC customz. I will google them.

 

so they are not going to pay for it? lol, i wouldnt try doing it yourself unless you want the car to look like every other doo doo dented s13.

 

I know it was one of my neighbors or one of their friends. I have to find out which person it was first. And trust me I am no paint/body person so I won't be fixing it myself.
