took off my ebay mani cuz it decided to crack... figures but i welded on some supports and fixed the cracks its all good now

manged to kill my rear brakes. there still locked up. calipers are new. pads were new rotors were new, and still no fix to my locking up on the rear? someone mentioned something about it letting fluid in but not back out? idk. fuck it.
