I don't know anything about what type or diameter filler to use, so I'm avoiding it right now. I guess if I keep the gaps tight that I won't need any...? Thanks for the heat comment. I'm still trying to figure out how high to turn it up.

the thickness of the filler isnt super critical. fusion welding like what you did is perfectly fine strength wise. i've made complete cat back exhausts like that. it just requires that you have little to no gap.

got my turbo all laced up and ready to drop back in, gotta pick up a restrictor that is not all cross threaded and hopefully put it all back in monday. installed my "nissan drift spin turn knob" as well lol
