>.> I replaced the column, but now the new switch won't work. I'm thinking there's some kind of wiring problem. I bought the car with two toggle switches to turn on and off the car. Where should I start looking for the problem?

^ well did you rip out the switches yet or are they still there?
and it kinda sounds something is unplugged or they tried to delete pressing in the clutch pedal for start up so they rigged it to work idk

No, I left the switches there just in case this didn't work(which it didn't). I'm thinking I'm gonna look at the starter first. You still have to push in the clutch to start it. I'm thinking that they put in the switches because something went wrong, but that wouldn't explain why they removed the old ign switch...

follow the switches wires to where ever they have to go and start there, maybe you will get lucky and they just disconnected the starter signal switch for the key and wired that in,because the ing switch shit out but now you have a another one. (maybe)

Only a few parts to go.

For anyone who knows, 91 SER piston rings will work in a s13sr correct?

Anyone? This is the last part I need to order. I read on NICO that they would work, but I want to make sure.
