They can step up whatever they want, and again, I said the same thing about if the wheel had previously been curb checked several times, etc, the pics epstein posted are more than enough reason for me to not make them my #1 choice, again I wasnt considering them anyway, i've been considering actual CR-Kai's and RP03's, so it really doesnt matter but if you cant see whats going on here...

Sorry but the last thing i want to do is be the gunea pig on how they react to 550 ft lbs going through a 12" clutch.

Was there pics of the inside lip? With the camber most people run, the inside lip is going to take the brunt of the hit when it encounters a pothole that wants to swallow your car whole. Also with unstreched tires the wheel can take a substaintial hit without showing damage to the lip. I'm sure name brand wheels are stronger and lighter but, I don't think rota would be around if there wheels break without hitting something. They would loose more money on lawsuits then they'd make selling wheels. Just like how firestone has pretty much dropped off the map after they had all the problems with explorers rolling because of there tires being defective.

Tomorrow i'll get pics in the sunlight, the blue shows up a lot when its hit with direct light, unfortunately trying to capture it with the camera shows it being a LOT more solid blue than it really is.

Definetly not my color, but I wanted to see how the chameleon blue would look over the purple It would be pretty neat to see a full car sprayed the same.

Didnt you get the valve cover I sprayed with the sapphire over black ?

May have been someone else, think I need to try doing that again, but with basecoat then clear, then sapphire, then clear, might get a better color shift.

low offset wheels cost far more than high offset wheels, so how is running low offset wheels making it look like you are running big boy wheels? They are big boy wheels. His wheels are still 11" wide in the rear and 10" wide in the front... those are big boy wheels for stock body. I'm not mad for someone "calling it for what it is" just half the shit you say contradicts itself.

Enkei has an RPF-1 in a 17x9 +45. I wanted to run that on my S13 when I was looking at 275's. It'll clear even with S14 subframe. The S14 adds 10mm width total. That is, 5mm per side. That S14 subframe is the ticket for more squat. If it's still not enough, space the front points down 3/8-1/2". I think blackwhite(?) Dan runs 275 555R's on his S13 with 9+35's. Looked like a little roll but nothing major.

Again with the wheels. Jeez. There's this thing called "engineering" that you guys are missing. Not to mention this thing called "metalurgy". Shitty material plus shitty design = failure prone. It's not just QC. You can batch test all day long, but it all does is make sure your product meets a minimum shittyness requirement. Don't assume these failures are from singular manufacturing defects. I'm asserting that the failures are due to the combination of design and manufacturing processes.
