Sean, how much wider 215/45/17 azenis than a normal 215? I have 225/45 on the 17x8" fn01rcs I bought, and they rub my fenders under U-turns and shit. Its either that, or going with a smaller potenza or something as front tires.

anyone ever ran Potenza RE760 sports? Since I have gay ass 17x8s in the front, I was thinking about running them in 205/45/17 because my 17x9s have 215/45/17 on them.

If they made azenis in 205, Id jump on those.

 

I personally have never run azenis in a 45 profile in the front.
I usually run a wider 225/40/18 and have never had it rub. I dont see why you would go with a skinnier, higher profile 215/45.. Do you have coilovers? I say try to compensate with a little camber and if you have to pull the fender a little..

I have Patricks old coils, and they are maxed out. The reason I want to go with 215/45 or something is because my 9s in the rear have 215/45s already. Plus I can barely run ANY camber up front do to rubbing on the coil >_>

Maybe once I buy some spacers, I will be able to actually run some.

So for now its 205-215/45 for the fronts, because I like the way the 215/45 looks on the rear.
