Help Please !

well i put my s14 sr20 in my s13 today and wired it in and when i turn the key my tach reads 2g's and i can hear a weird buzzing noise.. is it fuses? my wiring? or what? thank you and all help will be rep'd.

That would probably be wiring.

its not wiring the ecu and dash plug are not connected i think its the battery...
