well i got two questions first if i was using a ka radiatior cap on my sr would it cause coolant lines to pop?? cuz the cap opens at a different psi??

and does anyone know an easy way to replace the coolant line behind the head on a sr? or a stronger line to use? ive done it be4 and it really sucks and takes forever for one tiny coolant line.

any info would be great thanx

 

there is a fix will but I need to go back out and buy the right tool once more Iv used it so much it broke LOL but I will talk you more about it tonight at QSL

Cut the hardpipes so that you don't have a hose running behind the head. That's what I did. I have a 2-3" chasm between the head and firewall now.

The rad cap wouldn't do that unless you're running a sealed overflow. Stock is 0.9, TT ZX is 1.1bar, Nismo is 1.3bar. Never had a problem with any of them.
