torque specs...

i need the torque specs for the SR20det fly wheel, and pressure plate and the camshaft retainer bolts..

cam caps start from 2ft\lb's, then 7 ft\lb's then 10 ft\lbs.

12-16 on pressure plate bolts
61-69 on flywheel.

i just do it to "until its tight" specs.
and on the cams, make sure you tighten them in the correct sequence also.
