when turned the opposite spins

A.) the same way.
B.) the opposite way.
C.) the other side spins.

Open diff.

when spun the opposite. . .

A.) does not turn
B.) turn opposite way.

yes with hands. but with opposite side braced. still spins opposite way.

 

I believe the open diff tries to spin the opposite way. Unless you force it to stay still.

Not 100%, as I haven't played with any diffs lately. But I could be wrong.

 

yea .. i always thought that viscous limited slips went opposite and 2 ways spun same dir.

i have braced it tight and still spins opposite wheel input shaft.

 

My j30 spins the same way when I turn it by hand. I don't know about turning it backwards.
