it's gonna cost you 500 -1000 bucks(if you do the work yourself). you might as well get a good clutch, and if you've got the cash, take the tranny to a shop and have them look it over and replace anything worn out. that way you know its 100%
I've seen swaps take 4 hours, i've seen them take three days. just make sure you have everything before you start. double check it 5 times and make sure you have it all. you don't want the car in pieces and then not have a pilot bushing or something dumb like that.
its better to take your time then it is to rush so plan for an entire day...
good luck

-----------------------------------------------
Auto to 5 Speed Conversion
-----------------------------------------------

Parts you will need:

5 Speed transmission
5 Speed driveshaft
5 Speed transmission bracket
flywheel
clutch
pilot bushing
clutch pedal assembly
hard clutch line
clutch master cylinder
clutch slave cylinder

you will need to remove the large metal collar inserted in the end of the crankshaft where the torque converter used to sit. install the clutch pilot bushing. you will also need to cut a hole for the clutch master cylinder. the holes are already stenciled out inside the firewall next to the brake pedal assembly. you will also need to take the large grey two wire plug off the auto transmission lower harness and plug it in where it went in the plugs under the fuse box. join the two wires together on the cut plug. this bypasses the automatic neutral safety switch. for reverse lights, find the two wires on the lower tranny harness that make continuity when the transmission is put in reverse. this should be the black wire and the green wire on the grey multi-wired plug. connect the two wires to the two wires on the switch located on the transmission closest to the bell housing.
