Default s13 ka engine cutting off

got a 93 ka in it and the engine just cuts off after a couple minutes of running and sometimes not. i drove it from port richey to bradenton and no problems. but now the car turns over fine but doesnt spark up. when it does start its runs fine with no problems but then cuts off quickly without bogging down or sputtering. sounds electronic like possibly the coil.

suggestions. go.

well the engine turns over fine but doesnt spark up but maybe once every day. when it does start it starts quickly and normal. but when it doesnt start is just turns over and over and never sparks up. when the engine does turn on it will run for a couple of minutes and then just cut off. the engine doesnt bog or sputter it just cuts off? i mean thats about all there is to it. ive made sure all the plug wires are secure just incase of a loose connection but still nothing.

if im missing what you are asking perhaps you can give me direction on being more specific. thanks

okay. i think i might have found the base of the problem. i went to change the plugs and when i pulled out the wire there was TONS of oil in each cylinder hole. so i guess the oil has been drowning the plugs? So sounds like a valve cover gasket replacement? AND i can't get to the plugs because the rubber seal from the stock plug wires are all still stuck in there over the plugs lug thing. how the fuck do i get those out.

if that doesn't fix the problem then check the module on the coil pack.If that isn't the problem then check the distributor.

ok on the coilpack there is another litter sensor that plugs in. I don't have a pic so I can't show you. I has 2 screws holding it in place.
