With a good tune you'll get alot more than that asia. The pulsar turbo flows more than the S15

This may help a lil bit, but I am still researching for ya.
S14
Compressor: T-28, 60 trim 60 mm BCI-1 compressor in T-04B housing
Turbine: T-25, 62 trim 53.8mm 0.64 A/R turbine housing.
Center Section: Ball Bearing

S15
Compressor: T-28, 60 trim 60 mm BCI-1 compressor in T-04B housing
Turbine: Inco turbine wheel. Cast divider wall between turbine discharge and wastegate.
Center Section: Ball Bearing
The turbine wheel is also larger on the s15 turbo.
Max efficient psi on the s14 turbo is about 14 psi. Max psi on the s15 turbo is around 18 psi. Max hp on the s14 turbo is around 280 and on the s15 it's 300+

S14 Turbo and automatic S15 turbo is the exact same. The S15 Turbo found on manual models is the "upgraded" turbo. So if you buy an S15 turbo, make sure the part number is 14411-91F00, this is the good S15 turbo number. Anything like 14411-75F00 or 14411-69F00 would be an S14 turbo.

I got this off another forum But I think it is good info.

Ok.
I remember. The S15 has the wastegate divided off, the S14 doesnt.
Mine is S14 T28 but I divided the waste gate off within my o2 housing.
