i have a 1991 240sx automatic and when i was installing my alarm i noticed a big black button [bout the size of quorter] behind the gas pedal BUT the when the pedel is all the way down the pedel doesnt touch it???? wat is this ??

is it a kick down button? but the car seems to kick down????

thats the super drift button, only the most awsome drifters know how to use it. i have no idea what its for, lol. illl go look at my car tomorrow and see if the manual cars have it too.

it should be the kickdown... or... I can't remember what the other on is...
it depends on when the pedal engages/disengages it....
its an automatic thing. I don't think that the 5spds have that one....
