what is the average price a shop could do it?

rb25 is about 6500-7500
rb26 is about 8500-10000

i do the swaps i have a rb26 now that i am puting in. look in my gallery i have pics of a 98 240 w/a rb25 that i did

WOW....what about an RB20DET? i have been looking at those...how much to do that swap? and what all does the include?

rb20 is the same as the rb25 . it is your car runing with the motor in your 240 w/a fmic and piping

those prices include the cost of the engine.... the rb26 in an expensive engine.....

the rb20.... i've never been impressed with.... at that point, you might as well go SR. someone correct me if the rb20 is just mind blowingly better....
paying someone else to do it costs alot. it takes alot of time and know how. you could save a ton doing it yourself. don't get me wrong, its a hell of a project to do yourself, but, at least in my eyes, its worth it. for both the cost and the experience. how bad ass would it be to say that you swapped in an RB26 yourself?

here's a question.... its a bit off topic but,
gsr corey, do you do some sort of payment thing, or do you want/need/expect all of the cash up front, or what? thats a pretty hefty chunck of cash to drop at one time, ya know?

will i ask for just the money for the parts and when you get your car you can pay in full. i do not expect to get payed in full up front. i will do may best to make you happy with the job then get payed .i am not a shop but i do good work .here is a pic of one of my cars i did
