New to the Nissan world
Hello all.
Name is dave, lived in tampa for a while, moved away and been on this forum ever since... pretty lax place, and a good crowd.
Just bought my first Nissan. I am coming from a 06STI that was pretty modified. there is a journal about it, that seems to not want to die, lol...
i bought a 1989 Skyline GTR that is one of the most well rounded set i have ever seen. and in pristine condition. i have not taken delivery yet, but i will pick it up in a few weeks after i sell the STI.
thought i would drop in and say Hi.

i must not have caught it... did you mention in your other threads that you were buying this and selling the suby? i know you said you visited a friend and saw this. i didnt know you were buying it. sweet

this will be a DD.
there really are not to many modded 240`s, or S13`s 14`s her ein the NW.
I will be driving it to FL in the future just to meet up with some old freinds and have a good time.....
this really isnt a switch, i love my suby and will always like em, but there is no compairison for 450whp with a tune, intake, and cams.... that is it.
and the suspension set up... this car belonged to the Son of Nissan racing in Jaypand Head mech. and he set it up for maximum performance. i am going to raise it up a little bit due to the fact it will no longer be a Show car.

this GTR is already a pretty amazing car...
i will be doing the Brewpubeaver treatment to it, no doubt. but i will not be going crazy on it like i did on the STI
