bleed the system properly. look for leaks on the firewall inside the car. check the slave.

are u losing any clutch pedal pressure? or is the pedal feel speratic throughout the drive??

I have this problem as well. The pedal freeplay keeps changing at different positions while driving. I've changed out master and slave cylinder, and bleed the system accordingly to no avail. I've been told it's a bad pilot bearing issue. Any input?

1. maake sure you car is on a level surface, of jacked up levely
2. using a half in drive socket recnh, take out you fill plug on the drivers side of the tranny.
3. get you oil pan out and using the same half inch drive wrench, take out the bottom drain plug.
4. remember to wipe any metal shavings off of the magnet.
5. let all of the fluid drain out and screw the plug back in
6. either with a tube, run the fluid into the fill plug hole, or take our your shifter assmbly and fill it through there. (the second one is easier IMO)
7. fill it till it starts spilling from the fill plug.
8. put the fill plug back on.

take it for a spin
