that idea sounds great and the guys said we could have the meet and drive fast carts at the same place, i agree video games are not cool enough to drive slow carts all day... i always get kicked out of malibu grand pre in under an hour hahaha

so far thats the best so far i think for these reasons
1)fast go carts FTW
2)Large parking lot for meet
3)If meet happens we can still do the flee market thing and sell shit
4)not incredibly pricy....kinda lol... but we might be able to get a discount
5)should be about the same distance for alot of people...cept ocala peeps... or orlando

st pete TBGP is $15 for 14 laps...

trust me its fun as hell....

but its basically $15 for 8 minutes or less depending on how good you drive

 

the BIG carts at malibu are faster...but more expensive...but they have a larger track

 

if we work something out with them though, maybe they will do like a all day thing tho...

im not down for only being able to afford 16 minutes of driving... i would rather drive slow ones for an hour and get booted to the car show then only drive fast ones for 16minutes and be done for the day...

so we will have to see what we can do with the shop and if they will cut us a deal as a big group.... but if we do that style thing then we need people to actually show, and not just say they are then disappear for 2 more months... im sure the shop would be pissed if they cut us all a deal for a turn out like last weeks

 

just went to web site and the pricing parts link wont work... shing dig was right though about the 14 laps so im guessing he is right also about the $15...

 

it would be great if we could get enough people together to rent the place for a day...however we'd have to talk to the owner...if we did get a turnout like our second meet then we could have a blast...

we could get DC or XAT to maybe pony up a prize for the best driver of the day..etc etc...

if st pete TBGP COULD cut us a deal...i would MAKE SURE we had 40 people or more...

which is what i would say a thursday's business would be for them

well this place sounds awsome if we are able to rent it out just for us and actualy get some decent seat time. we will try and get this going before the end of the weekend
