if its a 5 lug se then yes easy swap some s14's were called se but not 5 lug if so you need more parts.

its 5 lug, I through my Y2K cobra R's off my stang on it, they are 265/40/18's up front and 285's out back. Looks really good. What size are the q45's? 11"?

You can also use a combo of STi/Evo caliper and rotor upgrade!
