wires under dash

wires under dash
there are two wires that have come undone from the harness under my dash, above the gas pedal. does anyone have a link, or know what each color wire is important for? i'm guessing one of them is for the cig lighter beacuse mine doesn't work. thanks in advance for droppin some knowledge.
