For daily driven cars not throwing down some serious numbers, I use iridiums because they tend to last longer and take richer conditions better without fowling out.
For high horsepower I have had better luck with copper but have to change them out more frequently, but maintenance just comes with horsepower or cars in general, you learn to deal with it.
Only NGK BTW.
