wat would i need to make a nissan 240sx 95' into a manual transmission...or if i take it to a shop .. about how much would it cost.... let me kno

i think tranny shiftlinkage boot an nob is the jist of it, i dont think u gotta change the console out, i kno in my bois 97 he didnt

u need the tranny, 5speed driveshaft, slave and master cylinders, 5speed tranny brackets, flywheel and clutch, clutch pedal assembly and clutch line, and all the bolts and bushings. call up driven concepts or xat or just try to do it urself.

i know alot of the shops will do it for like 500 bucks.
all of the parts are gonna cost you some 200-300 bucks if you get it all at a junkyard. you'll probably want/need a new clutch. you might also want to consider taking it to a tranny shop and having them check it out just to be sure the tranny is good. The swap isn't that hard, but if you don't like being under a car, it might be worth taking it to a shop.

u dont have to change the console but sometime when u try to put it into gear u have to jam it so i recommend buying the console

i dont know how to do it myself ... so that would be pretty hard... i called xat... and he told me that they will do it for 1600... thats a lot!!!... im willing to pay someone to do it cheaper for me... but if i go to the junkyard wat would i need to take out... just the tranny... . i wanna know if the flywheel and all that bull shit is in the tranny or wat...??
