Default Clutch?

OK so I just got my 240 on the road and I cant seem to chirp 2nd. Even if I drop the clutch into second it feels like its slowly engaging itself. I figured I need a new clutch. Am I right? I just wanna make sure before I go and buy one. Also I heard it might be an affect of the clutch/slave cylinder dampener box. Is this true?

Mods to car? Chirping second isnt the easiest in a stock 240. Its not FWD so when you shift into second all the weight is shifted to the rear so if its a stock sus it generally will just grab. It can be done be its kinda harsh on the car. But if it takes awhile to grab like you said it sounds like its slipping.
