you could always stock Floor body drop it, er Build a new frame I am actually about to start this on a Hardbody right now.

looks like hardbodys are on the up and up, becoming as popular as s-10's and sonomas lol, i just bought one for a DD, while my s-10 Gets a new frame etc. Nice start tho.

Have you thought about going with yota hubs? the 5 bolt gives you a little more flexibility with rim choice. Just my .02. Lookin good man. I've always wanted to SR my Hardbody but lack of money sucks.

looks good to me. id probably prefer it with tonneau cover. im sure the topper will look fine, but im not sure how the 'walkthrough' is gonna work. are you going to connect the topper to the cabin portion so it looks like one piece? i would hope any vibrations or body flex wont crack the seal between the two.

nonetheless, looks good. i never liked the rear side windows on hardbodys. it would be pimp if u could weld in some metal and lower the window top to match the top of the window on the door.

It will crack, some people use a flexible acordian-like rubber "gasket" between the cab and topper. Good call though.

Probably me...I kind of suck at it, but I have a paint booth, and I'm getting better Figure I can either pay someone to paint it or pay someone to repaint it. Why, wanna make me a killer deal?

I'm stupid about these things, but wouldn't a stock floor drop still bring the roof closer to the floor, taking away headroom? I'd probably leave something like that to you professionals, anyway. I'm really just a stereo / car designer, who likes to play fab guy.

I'm going to use accordian seal between the topper/bed and the cab to keep the water out. Inside will get finished, so you don't see the gap. I'm working on something for the rear windows, but that might be down the road.

I did think about yota hubs, as its a pretty easy swap, but then I came across these wheels, and decided against it.

Thanks for all the input, guys.
