you will need to do a good amount of cutting on atleast fenders and hood, it is far from bolt on. but it can/has been done and looked great imo

R33's require some body fabrication and bondo work on the hood, fender, and the bumper too to make it look decent.
Why did you go for the R33???
What are you trying to accomplish?

The shape of the headlamps are completly different, sure it will fit.
You're better off doing a full front end body R33 conversion.

i was going to do the s15 conversion but i wanted something different, cuz the s15 conversion is to common, and the kouki conversion is also very common but the r33 headlights are kinda of rare on an s14 zenki so im goin for it.

So why not go with a LS1 swap? It's pretty rare around here.
whatever rocks your boat.
I did my "conversion" for useful purposes, not for appearance as most people think.
Good luck with it. How bout the rear tail lights? doing that too? A rare conversion like this, you should talk to a body shop, they know what needs to be done, and the wiring should be simple cause its nothing more than ground and positive.
