hee hee hee. Just try calling up XAT, Driven Concepts, or other local Nissan shops. 5-speed swaps aren't cheap, but these guys can get it done for you.

 

Get another chassis with manual , and swap everything over.

 

well the thing is i dont wanna go to dc or xat because i cant find that kinda money cuz if i did i would go to them

The problem at hand isn't that shops charge 'a lot', the problem is the fact that s14 5 speed parts are hard to come by and are not cheap.

What I dislike is the fact that people call around lowballing and claiming other shops will do it for a certain price. Prices has leveled out a lot over the years, a minimal labor cost is added, but majority of the cost are from the parts needed to get the job completed.

 

im willing to spend 700 to 750 and i still have that clutch i bought from u. and i didnt call ur shop expensive i just cant afford it on my budget because if i could afford it thats where i would go not regarding the cost

 

NO no no, that's not what I am saying. We had someone that called us, the same person, everyday for like 3 to 4 days, telling us that XAT was going to do the whole swap with materials for $700......
