Default 200sx

i found a 200sx se....i was wondering if anyone knew if the sr20ve would be a straight drop...the 200sx has the 1.6 though and the se-r's have the sr20de motors and i know the sr20 would be a staright head and block swap but with the se? would i have to change the wiring harness ecu? wut else? once i figure this out im gonna sell my white 240 coupe.

no you have to do some fabrication for that swap, it is not the easiest thing to do and you are better off just getting the ser model that already is equipped with a sr20. but they are very good reliable cars

This is the wrong place to ask FWD SR questions.

In short, yes the swap can be done but you will need to source out many OEM B14 SE-R components.

I guess im not gonna ask my qusetions here either. I have had my b14 for almost 1yr and dont know much about modding it. Its bone stock and pretty fast....anyone ever hear of www.floridasr20s.com...or something like that???
