wow! lots of questions, ill start fromthe top and work my way down:

1.
that water heater does just fine even with two showers and the washer all going at the same time. and yes, stock internals, 7lbs, breaking point, all depends on the tune

2.
im finishing it tonight, with no turb yet, gonna break the motor in first. thanks

3.
im tuning with e-manage blue and all the add-ons

4.
rebuilding the head went great with your little tool!!! thanks!

5.
not having a balacer wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. im sure its easier with one (ive never done a swap with one) but this wasnt so bad. and yes, i had a pretty bad oil leak... VERY messy

6.
thanks. i have your hoist ready to bring over. i think its prob too late now though. im working till 9 tomorrow night lmk if you want me to bring it over after. thanks

7.
hahah yeah, that idea went out the door now didnt it

8.
alright sweet. i still want a run against the Z!!!

Hahha you'll get it when theres no leaks and its actually running 8lbs, unless i get something to tune with then I will keep it on low boost(16lbs) for you!

got it started 10 o'clock this morning!!!
yes, thats the timing chain rattling. the tensioner wants getting oil yet i guess. it doesnt make that sound now after 28 miles

heres the pics from sarturday and sunday:

my 14 dollar solid tranny mount with 3m window glue.

theres a dinosaur on my transmission!!! its littlefoot lol

some ka-t people might recognize this name.... this was on my garage door bracket... weird

this was the most frustrating part of the entire weekend---getting the tranny bolted on

inserting the input shaft

finally going in

slack on the chain! yay, but the mounts werent lined up yet lol

and yes lol, those were reminders to tighten the crank bolt and put oil in it

check out the bad ass injector harness wire tuck undernieth the manifold runners! mmmm cleeeeeeeean

yes, that says 4:33am.... i ended up staying up till 7:20 1 hour of sleep last night

a pic as its running

and finally with the hood back on

50 miles... time for an oil change

its been running really strong. and that solid tranny mount i made made a huge difference in power transfer to the wheels. the only drawback is that there more vibration in the cabin now.
