i believe he already has changed it.

 

that hose was only to make sure i was getting good flow and that there were no restrictions. i replacesd that hose with the beefy hose that comes in the jgs kit

sooooo, no so much in the making anymore. i finally got a chance to tune my car. so i re-hooked up the wastegate rod to the flapper dealio and took it for a spin. WOW.... thats really all i can say. its running conservativley rich and i took out 7 degrees of timing for ~6psi of boost. also conservative. but man does that little 6 psi make a difference.

when i ran a hacked mafs setup and later an s-afc/z32 mafs setup, i used 1.5 degree of retard for each psi, but some people suggest 1.75. i set mine to 16* and it worked great from 7 to 10 psi.

glad to see you got it running. had i done my car over it would definitely have been a t28 setup or gt28rs like yours. get it tuned good i wanna see waht that little sucker does at like 1 bar. (that will be the real fun)

 

yeah. im leaving for vacation in a week so hopefully after that i can make an appointment with martin. or maybe your friend enthalpy can gimme a few pointers.

oh and yes, for now ill probably retard timing more (because im somewhat parranoid) but i had heard .75 to 1 degree per psi????

oh thats right, i didnt post any pics of the actual finished product. my intake pipe is creatively ghetto. but it works nicely
