Default auto sr20det help

I just put a automatic sr20det in my s13 I've got all most every thing working but when shifting 1,2,D my car shifts from 1st to 2nd but doesn't shift to drive it will stay in 2nd but rpm's will drop to idel I have to stop and put it in R then back to drive and it will work fine.also when I turn the overdrive off and let off the gas the rpm's will drop to idel but otherwise the OD. works fine. I realy need the sr A/T controller wiring pinout or some good advice.

so I hope someone can help me with this problem.

As far as I know, the SR and american auto trans and controller are very similar. It sounds to me like you've just got some loose connectors.

I always wanted to test an auto on my car. Just to see how much an auto tran can take.

I heard there good up to 350hp and mine hits 80mph at 7500rpm in second gear and it doesn't burn out all the way there it hooks up real nice.

there are two green/red wires on 240 side I know one goes to lock solenoid and there are no matching color's on sr side I think this may be the problem

if theyre anything like autos for the KA, they hold up to about 300 ft/lbs of torque for a few days, then they start slipping, esp when they get hot.

but putting a transbraked C4 in your car with the right stall and some real slicks, would be like hanging a huge sign on the side that says "Don't fuck with me."
