Suggestion: go with lowering springs such as tein s-springs or rsr or any other popular lowering spring brand. After that, you can resell them for a few bucks less once you save enough $$$ for decent coilovers. Yes, the difference is noticable between the lowering springs and coilovers, just dont empty your savings account on coilovers.

 

Get Silkroads 9/7 springs and be a pimp. serious. Don't forget the whole battleversion rears. do it. better than doing your lil sister's cute frien who sleeps over.

those are kinda pricey man. It's not within his budget. Just get a cheap one, and spend that extra $ on wheels. No girl is going to ask you want coilovers u running on. Get nice wheels, they will be amazed w/o asking.

 

I bought silk and let me tell you since my intial purchase, girls want it. i taught my baby how to drift with teh 9/7 full stiff and battleversion stuff with a KA. afterwards she give it up hard. nuff said. ball and bite it off. suspension is where you don't skimp. s14 9/7 at the least. s13, well i don't know. only owned 1

 

8/6 is already stiff enough for my s14; driven daily.

It's really amazing how much time & money people spend to make their car look "JDM" or something flashy.

 

pretty happy with the k-sport. so far so good. actually turned some impressive lap times in the spec V yesterday @ sebring. and if they can take the abuse of turn one they can take anything.
