Completely possible as everyone else stated guy who works here in Lakeland has a S14 with a rb26det (single turbo conversion) pretty nice car actually looks almost completely stock minus the 17s and the JDM 200SX from bumper and light set. When he pops the hood you can believe his comment of $10,000 in the motor alone. His words were "at 10psi
it dynos at 337 to the wheels on full boost which I can't remember if he said 27 or 33psi it dynos around 730ish. It's a beast and a sleeper at that.... So anyway yeah it can be done now go get you a RB and 10g's and do it up.
P.S. If anyone is interested the guy also has Z32 brakes on all 4 corners and a J30 VLSD if you ever see it you'll know it now.

yeah it can be baught offline the engin but the rb25 is a sick set up but it includes 7evrel extre parts like a rb25 transmision witch is hard to acuare all rb engins parts are hard to get and can have negative effectd because of the weight its good for strait line drag but not for drifting or handling try the 2jz and parts are alot easier to get
