another question, this tubular manifold doesn't look like it's got a place for an external wastegate, usually ppl that use these manifolds with stock internally gated turbos just put a blockoff plate BUT i haven't seen one on this manifold and don't feel like getting a new mani, and i wanna run a bigger turbo, so that brings me to my next question....

what's the biggest internally gated turbo that i can use?

 

well are you talkin about a bottom mount t2 flange? you have 2871R 2540R are a couple big internally gated turbos that make 400hp. FYI internal wastegates are inferior to external in alot more ways than one. XAT racing ports stock and tubular manifolds with a flange for external.

 

I think the largest turbo you can run is a T28 that is internal wastegated.

 

your bearing clearnaces are for 10w30.

 

i didnt even read this whole thread, but good job on getting an import. Now go out and drift with that 240!!! cause im gonna do that once i get mine.

 

i use and suggest royal purple 10-w30 in sr's.
