I took the stock fan off and bought a set of 97 altima eletric fans (the whole fan assembly including the shroud was like $60) and a new Koyo radiator just last week. Hard wired a switch to the fans, but there's a wiring kit you can buy that has the relays and all that already wired. Been working great for me so far, even when i beat on it it never goes past the regular running temp.
