still isn't the brembo hawtness but nice powdercoat.
who's doin your powder coating? do they have to coat the nissan emblem? i've got a set of brakes i want brembo bronze too
it sounds like you did it the way you worded it? you just use special powder coat paint and oven them up, or do u have the right setup? if so i wnat mine redone lol.
if u want polish letters u can just file off the stuff and it shines...if not its a PITA masking up the lettering. |
i got a powder coating system from eastwoodco.com and the gold powder coating. the fumes from the powder are toxic so they tell you about 4 or 5 times not to use your house oven so i did mine in the grill on the top shelf lol. it has a thermometer so i was able to regulate it at 400 degrees.
to get the powder to just go on the emblem would seriously be a pain in the ass, so im gonna try and find some heavy duty or high heat paint and hand paint the emblem black. theyre turning out nicely so far though. |
oh and i bought all four calipers and the e-brake assembly and i was wondering if anyone knew of any little trouble spots anyone had intalling any part of the brakes and e-brake?
thanks for stealing my color.. dick!.. looks good tho.
so you have the z32 hub? because thats the only waht the ebrake works. Get the z32 master it makes a huge difference. set up a speed bleeder, cuts the job time in half.
i've got the hub... anything else anyone?
I heard you can splice the ebrakes together or use a special fitting.Let me see if i can find the write up.Do you have pink i want my calipers pink.
