1991 180sx sr20det(RHD) I have the stock turbo in mine and am goin for more power, is the t-28 a good swap? and what does it run for psi? and what can it be turned up to safley???

Ok, so the turbo will spool quicker, but won't that mean no performance gain if it's still running on the stock 370 fuel injectors and MAF, untuned AFC. If not enough fuel is dumped into the cylinders, it should run lean, is this so?

 

A t28 with Z32 maf, 550cc injector, an Apexi AFC front mount. U should be hitting arounds 280hp tuned. Ive seen T-28 hitting arounds 320hp. In the end its a great turbo and a lot of people are wanting them.

 

i put a t28 on mine cuz my t25 blew up and at 14 lbs it felt so nice and im on stock injecters 14lbs is pushing it though just upgrade injectors and 20 lbs would be insane

 

how much am i looking at to get a used? or new? T28

 

Used are $400-500. Anything less than that is a steal.
